Return Instructions

Before returning the product please contact our customer service team who will advise you how next to proceed. Once you have initiated the return with our team, simply return the item to us in its original packaging, with barcode tags attached and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of your item. If you can't avail of our free drop off returns service you must return the item via a tracked courier service (not postal) at your own expense.
